About our services
PROCESS
Dream it.
Fill in our inquiry form to get started and setup a meeting. Once a contract is signed and your deposit is paid, we head into the pre-design phase. We acquire any existing plans, measure spaces, set project goals and establish budgets for each area.
Plan it.
Once we have dimensions of the space, we start the interior planning process! From furniture layouts to detailed kitchen cabinetry, these plans serve as a guide to ensure your new space is precise. We will meet to review the floor plans and elevations we are designing for you.
Select it.
Once the plans are approved, we will move to the pretty finishes that will cover every inch of your new home. This is a collaborative process where we provide samples of materials as needed. We also offer a virtual design studio which will allow you to review, approve and shop finishes from the comfort of your home!
Submit it.
After plans are finalized and finishes are selected, we create a construction plan package and labor breakdown to send to contractors to quote labor. We also submit any plans required for city permit approval.
Order it.
We use our virtual design studio to organize all products selected for your home and facilitate your shopping process.
Build it.
We ensure materials are on site for the building date to bring the design vision to life! As your design team, most of our work has been completed at this point, however we meet with tradespeople and perform site visits as needed to ensure the design is executed as per plans.
