This home built by Richcraft got an upgrade only 3 years after construction. The family wanted to enhance their lifestyle by adding new functionality with a wine bar area as a kitchen extension and a media unit in their living room. Existing bulkheads and shallow recess wall space called for creative space planning and custom millwork to accommodate a wine cooler that could hold 80+ wine bottles. Added functionality, bright finishes and metallic details set apart this modern home from others in its community.
